Working with Your Team
This four-week course introduces you to key leadership topics that apply to all leadership situations, formal or informal. Classes will include instructor presentation, interactive group exercises and hands-on components, and class discussions. We will begin the course by addressing effective communication. In the second week we will move into how to work with team members from five generations. We will follow up with developing team members, and in the final class, reducing turnover at the workplace. Sessions build on previous sessions to provide you with the skills to lead more effectively.
